Sevenoaks Town Profile

Sevenoaks Town Football Club is the largest football club in the Sevenoaks district and one of the largest in the south east with five senior teams, forty five junior teams including a veterans team and two power wheelchair team. The club was established in 1883 and was among the founder members of the original Kent League. On 26th April 1893 the club played Royal Arsenal, who were at the time the only professional team in southern England, with over 1,000 spectators watching the game. In 2007 the club merged with Seal Juniors to form the club’s first junior section.

The club is a FA Charter Standard Community Club - the highest honour the FA can bestow on a grass roots club. The club’s aims are targeted at increasing participation in the sport and making it as accessible as possible to the whole community. The clubs junior teams run from U7's to U18's as well its popular Skills School and holiday football camps that both aim to broaden the club's provision of football. The club's junior teams compete in a variety of local and regional leagues with home games being played at a handful of venues across Sevenoaks. The senior section;  the first team play in the Southern Counties East Football League, the Reserves play in the Sevenoaks & District League Premier Division and the veterans team play in the Southern Veterans League.
