This season will be our second in the Warrington Junior Football League, and we can quite honestly say that the League itself and the way in which it is organised and run is nothing short of excellent.
Last season we achieved great success as a team by winning not only the U11's Division 3 League Title but also the U11's Challenge Cup, after beating undefeated Division 1 Champions Matthiola in the final.
Due mainly to his performance in the final we have since lost one of our midfielders to Bolton Wanderers on a youth academy contract, but we have been fortunate enough to bring in a few new faces over the summer to cover for this loss.
We aim to progress further this year as a team and hopefully carry on our success but we know it will be a much more difficult task in Division 2. We look forward to the challenge, and will enjoy all of the football we get to play this year against good teams from around the North-West.
