Welcome to the 2008 Penketh & Sankey District Schools Cup competition which has been put together by Penketh Community Primary School and Eagle JFC.
Firstly apologies for what looks like confusion on the fixtures, but it took some doing with a few glitches along the way, but hopefully if you follow the results and tables heading and look at the fixtures for each group , that will show who is playing who and when. Ignore the 2nd fixtures in group 2. I am sure you'll get the hang of it and by next year we should have it sorted.

The format will take place as follows, there are 2 groups of four all playing each other once. The top two teams in each group will go into the semi finals for the play for the Penketh & Sankey District schools Challenge Cup and the 3rd and 4th teams in the groups will go into the semi finals for the Penketh & Sankey District schools Challenge Shield. The winners of the semi finals will then play in the final.
All the games will take place at Penketh Community Primary School (Stocks Lane)The Group games take place on 9th,11th,16th June 2008, semi finals on the 18th June and the finals on 23rd June. Keep an eye out on the fixtures as they may change subject to weather.
