The Mike Gobel Tribute Fund – in aid of the Motor Neuron Disease Association

Thank you to all our member Clubs and individuals who have supported this fund which was set up by his family in memory of our colleague Mike Gobel.

Many contributions have been made via the website www.michel.gobel.muchloved.com which also includes numerous written tributes.

Other donations have been made directly to the MND Association and are not known to us but we are aware that so far, more than £1,000 has been raised from Tandridge League sources.

The Mike Gobel Mini Soccer Tournament

In recognition of Mike’s huge contribution to Mini Soccer since it was introduced into this League, our annual Mini Soccer Tournament has been named in his memory.

This year’s tournament will be held over the weekend of 22^nd and 23^rd May at Edenbridge Recreation Ground. Look out for full details and an application form.
