South Cheshire Youth League Profile

               Welcome to the 2009-2010 season

The league was formed in 1978 and now has some 100 teams and around 1500 players playing organised football every week.

In 2006 the league was one of the first in the County to be awarded the Cheshire County FA Safe Whistling award, proving that there is a safe caring environment for players and match officials. The league have now also signed up to the FA Respect Programme showing yet further committment to raising the standards of the game at all levels of involment.

For the past 3 seasons the league as grown year on year and already for the 2009-2010 season we have 94 teams signed up. There as never been a better time to join our league.

We are the only league in Cheshire providing football for the Under 18's and anyone interested in joining us should complete the League application form and return to the league office.
