"Would all PMSL managers please note the following:

1) All referees are to be allcoated through the referees secretary, Bev Smith. Even if you have a qualified referee, you need to speak to Bev first to confirm.

2) There have been occasions whereby an unallocated referee has turned up at games and offered to run the line or referee the game.

This person is not registered with our league and you should NOT accept his offer. If you are approached by an unknown "official," please try to get a name and let one of the committee know.
