If you have a game that is not going to be played, please can you make sure that you notify: - Your ref
- Any team manager who is on before you (so they know to put away after their game)
- Any team manager who is on after you (so they know they have to arrive early, so they can allow the extra time needed to put up)
- The Club Secretary– in case we receive any calls, asking for an update
- Add the appropriate entry to the OKS website
