Debden Sports Club was formed in 1948. They have their own clubhouse with 3 full size pitches and training area with floodlights. 8 senior football teams and 3 junior football team wear the famous Green and White colours. The junior team was started by Martin Brazier who was the Essex FA "Grassroots Coach of The Year"
