Debden Sports Club was formed in 1948. They have their own clubhouse with 3 full size pitches and training area with floodlights. 8 senior football teams and 1 junior football team wear the famous Green and White colours. The junior team was started by Martin Brazier 5 years ago and is the EssexFA "Grassroots Coach of The Year" for 2007
