Haydock JFC Profile

Haydock Juniors FC was formed in 1996 by Graham and Janet Barker and Geoff and Chris Bate, when their sons wanted to play in a local team. It was decided to start trials and two teams were set up in the St Helens league. Both sons have now progressed into the adult section of the club.

The club started with a U13s and an U11s and then a mini soccer team at U8s.

The club is affilated through the adult section Haydock FC. we currently have 18 teams ranging from U7S to an U17s.

Each year we start a acadamy for 6 year olds preparing for team football at U7s in the Warrington junior league.

The Club is a Charter Standard club since 2006 and have also achieved the Gold award in the St Helens District sports council club accreditation.

Every team has a qualified level 1 FA Coach who volunteer to train the children and teach them soccer skills. Each adult associated has been CRB checked with our clubs welfare Officer.

The Club is pleased to be associated with AMIA FOODS who sponser all the teams with our current playing strips.

All our mini soccer teams play their matches at Park St park in Haydock.  The 11 a side teams play either at Cooper Lane fields or on King George V Park.

 Our main objective for the club is to provide organised football in a safe environment  and for the youth of Haydock to develop their skills and enjoy teamwork.

All four of the clubs founders are still involved on the clubs committiee.
