      At the end of the season 2003 / 2004 the Club Committee was unanimous in their decision to embark upon an ambitious growth programme for the club which would involve creating a quality and safe environment for Children to play football in the Village. With a very successful senior team and an even more successful U17’s Youth team the club were in danger of not providing the facilities for attracting younger players to continue the traditions of the Football Club which have been active in the village for the past 50 years. As a result of lots of hard work by the club members the scheme was launched and we now have teams playing at every age group  in the Alexandra Mini Soccer Leagues and also in the South Cheshire Youth League.
