Billinge Junior FC Profile

Billinge Juniors Football Club was formed in 2005 in its own rite when separating from Billinge Football Club, which is now the open age team. Although run as two separate clubs there is a strong link, both with players and facilities.

The club is affiliated to Lancashire FA and is proud to being a Charter Standard Development Club since 2007.

Billinge Juniors promote the FA Respect campaign, Sportsmanship, positive behaviour of all adults and children and equal opportunities are encouraged. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated at any of our venues.

We believe that development and retention of children playing Football can only be achieved in a positive, non-threatening environment.

The club uses the Billinge Crest as a badge and is proud to display this on both the playing kit and training wear. With the Latin inscription of “Dico Cum Ignis” which means speak with fire. This comes from the beacon on Billinge Hill.

The club colors are maroon & sky with white trim and currently use the Prostar kit.

Billinge Juniors Football Club currently have 20 teams from the development squad at under 6’s through to and including an Under 17’s. We are extremly proud to now have our first all girls team at the Under 16's age group.

We currently use 7 pitches on four sites with the under 17’s playing their home fixtures at the well equipped and superb pitch at the soccer centre in Billinge home of the Open age Senior team.

Billinge Juniors are proud to have links with the three local Primary schools in Billinge, St Aidans, Chapel End and St Mary’s. Billinge Juniors welcomes players from all these local schools and from any other source whose parents wish them to develop at a friendly and welcoming club.
